I like sci-fi (and associated genres) but tend to be very picky about what I will watch; ray guns and aliens aren't enough, there have to be interesting plots and characters; Star Trek, Babylon 5, Firefly, Brimstone, Now & Again, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Doctor Who, Eureka, Fringe, The MIddleman, Dillhouse, The Mentalist, Hung, True Blood, Chuck and Being Human are some of my favourite TV shows.

The Vampire Chronicles and the associated novels. The Star Trek: New Frontier series by Peter David. Darkly Dreaming Dexter and Dearly Devoted Dexter by Jeff Lindsay.

I also like me some comics such as, The Authority, Planetary, Exiles, The Walking Dead, Green Arrow, Marvel Zombies, Preacher, Transmetropolitan, X-Factor, Hack/Slash, Justice Society of America, Justice League of America, Y: The Last Man, Booster Gold, Ultimates and many more especially the D.C. Elseworlds tales.
